Vacuum Forming
We offer an affordable vacuum forming service that delivers high-quality plastic products. Our state-of-the-art geiss vacuum forming machines, paired with bespoke Mitsubishi plc controllers, allow us to provide moulding services that can mould sheets up to 2m x 1.5m in size and up to 10mm in thickness.
CNC Routing
We use MAKA CNC 5 Axis routing machines to ensure precise and repeatable trimming of our products. These machines offer a range of features that allow us to deliver high-quality results for our clients. The table sizes on our machines are also generous, allowing us to machine parts up to 2.4m x 1.5m in size.
POLYURETHANE MOULDING
We use an environmentally friendly foam system based on polyols from reclaimed rape seed oil for our polyurethane moulding services. This system contains no HCFC's and has an ozone depletion level of zero, making it an excellent choice for insulation in chiller and refrigeration units.
Fabrication and Assembly
We are proud to offer an in-house fabrication and assembly department that is fully equipped to handle a wide range of processes.
Our fabrication and assembly department offers a variety of processes, including ultrasonic welding, riveting, bonding, bending, inserting (heat, press & screw-in types), and heat holding. These processes are typically used to create a variety of products, from simple components to complex assemblies.
