Vacuum Forming provides an economical method of forming plastic that moulded in other ways could be Prohibitively expensive.

Utlising Geiss Vacuum forming machines with bespoke Mitsubishi PLC controllers Plastic Innovations is able to provide a moulding service capable of moulding sheets 2M x 1.5M in size and up to 10mm in thickness.  

• Typical Materials formed are ABS, HIPs, PC, HDPE, PP, PVC.
• Grades including Fire retardant, Virgin and reprocessed.
• Colours can be standard RAL shades or colour matched.
• Smooth and textured finishes. 
  
• Matt, Semi Matt and gloss Finishes available.
